If you encounter a problem while using Baoshiji or have a suggestion for improving the care experience, contact us through the channels on this page. To help us locate an issue, provide necessary version and reproduction details without including sensitive information.

2. Before you contact us
The following non-sensitive information usually helps us understand an issue more quickly:
- Baoshiji version and build number, available in the app under “Me – About – Version Information”;
- iOS / watchOS version, device type and whether the issue involves a Widget, Watch or another system component;
- The steps before the issue, the actual result and the result you expected;
- Whether the issue can be reproduced consistently and whether it remains after closing and reopening the app.
- If the issue involves data export or recovery, say whether it occurred while generating or importing an Excel recovery package, and whether it happened during preview, validation or merge import. Do not upload the package itself.
Do not upload a complete data export, Core Data file, iCloud content or screenshots containing real baby information. When a text description is enough, prefer anonymized text.

Send privacy, children’s personal information or data security requests to the support email above and put “Baoshiji privacy request” in the subject.
To protect baby and family data, we may need to verify consistency between the requester and the device, Apple account or guardianship relationship. Please read the Privacy Policy and Children’s Personal Information Protection Rules first to understand the process and limits of these rights.
4. Medical situations and emergencies
If your baby has a fever, breathing difficulty, severe allergic reaction, accidental medication ingestion, persistent vomiting, altered consciousness or another emergency symptom, contact local emergency services or a nearby medical institution immediately. Do not wait for an app response.
